Overview of job

As a Product and Operations Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in the operational management and development of the DAX Outdoor Product. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the product's lifecycle from screen to SSP (Supply-Side Platform), becoming an integral touchpoint for campaign operations and product development. Your insights and contributions will directly shape the evolution of our programmatic offerings and ensure seamless transactions for our clients in the SSP.

Measures of success – 

In the first few months, you will have:

  • Team collaboration: Develop a strong rapport with key team members and understand their roles, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Product & market understanding: Gained comprehensive knowledge of the DAX Outdoor product, reporting systems, and programmatic revenue performance.

  • DSP & client engagement: Established strong relationships and regular engagement with key DSPs, to identify client opportunities and technical integration needs.

  • Strategic input & product development: Actively contribute to the development of new products, processes, and positioning within Global’s commercial and tech departments.

Responsibilities of the role

Product & operations support:

  • Assist the Head of Product and Operations in managing and developing the DAX Outdoor Product, understanding its technical aspects and workflows from SSP to screen.

  • Provide general product support across the team, with opportunities to specialise.

Campaign management & client relations:

  • Act as a key contact for resolving campaign queries and ensuring seamless SSP transactions.

  • Proactively monitor platform performance, campaign delivery, and creative moderation to uphold quality standards.

Product development & feedback:

  • Gather and analyse market and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.

  • Contribute to the development of new products and processes in partnership with commercial and tech teams.

DSP & inventory support:

  • Support DSP operations, building strong partnerships and potentially becoming the lead contact for emerging platforms.

  • Maintain inventory, assist with deal set-ups, and optimise campaign activation.

Reporting & documentation:

  • Prepare and analyse performance and financial reports to track product success.

  • Create and maintain operational documents for process efficiency.

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Collaborate with teams such as AdOps, Product, Data Strategy, and Programmatic to ensure cohesive operational strategies.

  • Support screen-side player monitoring and provide assistance to local teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaborative spirit.

  • Passion for product development, operational excellence, and innovation.

  • An understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media buying, or a similar technology-driven environment. Experience in the outdoor advertising industry is a plus.
