Who you are:

As a Security Architect, you are our artist, bringing countless creations to life one keystroke at a time. In this role, you will be responsible for building and documenting Frost Bank's Information Security Architecture Program with a focus on architecting secure infrastructure, platforms, and applications in Azure public cloud.

Our architects enjoy collaboration, often working with other internal IT teams to educate colleagues and ensure practices are meeting the established standards. More than that, this role is about finding solutions and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

  

What you’ll do: 

  • Build and document Frost Bank's Information Security Architecture Program, with a focus on architecting secure infrastructure, platforms, and applications in Azure public cloud.
  • Develop and contribute to effective Security Architecture documentation and processes for the organization’s Enterprise Information Security Program
  • Create and present high-level architectural presentations that educate and persuade stakeholders about important security concepts in support of the CISO’s strategy
  • Participate in matrixed project meetings to ensure practices are meeting the established Frost standards and the applicable regulatory guidance (PCI, FFIEC, ISO, etc.)
  • Keep informed of new technology to help develop and update security controls as needed
  • Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Infrastructure Assurance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in the field of Security, Information Assurance, or Auditing
  • Ability to communicate with employees and outside vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications, to include MS Visio, and Access
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial industry regulations (GLBA, PCI, FFIEC)
  • CISA and CISM certifications
  • CISSP certification
