The F&HC R&D Digital Innovation and Modelling Simulation team at P&G is at the forefront of transforming digital capabilities to accelerate and enhance innovation. Our specialists develop new digital platforms that centralize data across Consumer, Performance, and Technology to optimize research workflows and leverage digital tools to elevate product development. We develop sector-wide modelling platforms that facilitate real-time data ingestion, data-driven decision-making.

We are building a new in-house digital composite platform and have an exciting opportunity for a UK Designer to join our growing team. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Composer platform meets user requirements and provides a seamless, efficient, and delightful user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Persona Development: Conduct user research to understand the unique requirements and workflows of each persona. Develop detailed personas to inform design decisions.

  • User-Centric Design: Employ user-centric design principles to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces that optimize productivity and efficiency.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate design concepts.

  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make iterative improvements to the design.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • 1- 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong problem solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

  • Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
