About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Intelligence Consultant to support the data and analytics needs of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). This is a business partner facing role and is responsible for providing reporting and analytic solutions that provide actionable insights to enterprise function partners and leadership. This role includes gathering and writing use case requirements, performing data analysis, developing semantic data models to support analytics and AI/ML model development and effective use of data visualization, reporting/dashboarding and AI-enabled BI solutions to enable explainability, exploratory analytics and actionable insights
In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across the Business Intelligence function that enable clear and consistent delivery of insights
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, delivering data aggregation and visualization solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require innovation and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others in the production of intuitive, digestible diagnostic analytics and dashboards
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant transparent data visual solutions that are large scale and cross functional and support the company in making business decisions and informing strategy
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the company on initiatives related to assessing business needs and producing actionable insights and trends, leveraging data visualization and business intelligence
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Work to drive adoption of insights and metrics as a resource for the company to enable a data-driven decision-making approach
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
