We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives across globe. This role combines strategic marketing, business development, and client relationship management to expand our brand presence and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse U.S. states with strong focus on travel industry.
    • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
  • Sales Execution
    • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, converting leads into long-term clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms aligned with company objectives.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Design and implement campaigns tailored to the U.S. market (digital, social media, events, and partnerships).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning and messaging.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s  degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10 -15 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the U.S. market.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, B2B/B2C sales cycles, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. for client meetings and industry events.

The US national base salary range for this position is from 

$50,400.00 - $93,600.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is either eligible for a sales incentive plan based on specific sales' roles, or for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
