Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sr Product manager for our India & Growing Market Development Centre.  As a software product manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative software solutions for our devices. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to understand the needs and preferences of our users and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements. You will also manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and measure the impact and performance of your products using data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in your relevant field, consumer preferences and market developments. Understand market trends, competition, and user requirements in depth.
  • Regularly conduct market research and user research, review and adjust strategies based on the research results, performance data and industry trends.
  • Create and prioritize product roadmaps and feature backlogs based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Engage with customer support to gather feedback and address any issues related to the software.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
  • Analyse product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Volume and sentiment of customer feedback and support tickets.
  • Customer retention and churn rates.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related field. Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
  • 10+ years of mobile product management experience. Previous experience and deep knowledge in the ISV, Mobile Apps, mobile ads, or other related industries is desirable.
  • Deep knowledge and prior experience in executing product-led growth strategy.
  • Thrives in studying and analysing complex data, drawing data-driven insights and decisions, and transforming it into simple user experiences.
  • Ability to develop strong value proposition messaging and have challenging conversations at executive levels, both internally and externally, to drive alignment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management & organizational skills.
  • ‘Entrepreneurial’ mindset and ability to adapt and navigate heavily matrixed organizations and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
