We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst at the Vice President (C13) level to join our OTC Derivatives Settlements team in Mississauga, Canada. This is a critical role that bridges business strategy and technology delivery within a fast-paced, high-volume derivatives environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in collaborative settings and brings deep domain expertise, sharp analytical thinking, and outstanding interpersonal skills to the table.
We are currently undergoing significant transformation efforts to move to a target operating model. We need an energetic team player to drive this effort, collaborate closely with the team, and help shape the future of our OTC Derivatives Settlements operations. Education - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is an asset.
Experience - 6-10 years in financial services, with at least 5 years focused on OTC Derivatives in a Business Analyst or related capacity.
Delivery Methodology - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
Project Management - Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) is advantageous.
