About the role
The Junior Cloud Operations Engineer (CloudOps) focuses on operating the Cloud Environments of customers as per the DXC contractual agreements and is responsible for delivering operational services to client accounts on time, on target with quality.

Daily challenges

  • To deliver operational services to Client Environments of the DXC customers.
  • 24*7 Support of DXC production Cloud Offerings
  • Including operations, incidents, service requests and execution of changes
  • Categorize and prioritize any work-related items.
  • Take ownership on any assigned incidents, service requests, changes.

eXperience & skills required

  • Trained or Certified in Cloud: Microsoft Azure environments and operations; Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments and operations; Google Cloud Platform.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following technical domains: Windows, Linux, Database, Storage, Networks, Scripting, Security.
  • Cloud systems configuration management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to work on shifts.
