Job Summary:

The HR Specialists will assist with Workday business processes and handle employee data for accuracy and compliance. Provide support to all HR Functional Programs to include HR surveys, Performance Management, Open Enrollment, Learning & Development etc.). This position will work closely with the VP of Talent to support the full human resource functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serves as the functional expert for HR reporting. Designs develop and maintain scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support analytical and business needs.

· Strong familiarity with HR processes and functions, including end-to-end processes for recruiting, onboarding, compensation, employee benefits, training, and payroll.

· A self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring our team members have the best tools and processes; proven ability to build rapport and foster alignment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to facilitating tactical activities associated with Merger & Acquisition

· Applying all HR policies and company guidelines to the company's needs

· Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

· Conducting onboarding and offboarding

· Assist with audit and compliance activities.

· Responsible for ongoing system maintenance and design. This includes, but is not limited to the documentation and implementation of HR systems, maintenance of system configuration, HR data processes and documentation, outline of specifications, gathering of data requirements, modification of workflows, review, and maintenance of integration points, etc.

· Practices business consulting by analyzing the company’s current processes and recommending solutions.

· Responsible for developing, revising, and implementing HR business processes.

· Coordinates the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflows.

· May communicate with third-party vendors regarding file transfers, and file specifications, and resolves issues as appropriate.

· Safeguards confidential information.

· Performs other functions and duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Knowledge of and experience building Workday custom reports and dashboards.

· Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable; Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Ability to maintain the highest level of trust by keeping employee personal information confidential.

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional reports.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail and high standards for precision in deliverables and execution
