RMIT Vietnam is seeking a Centre Manager to lead our Hanoi campus within the School of English & University Pathways (SEUP). As a key member of the School’s leadership team, this role is responsible for the effective operation and growth of the centre, bringing together people leadership, operational management, business development, stakeholder engagement and academic oversight to support high-quality student experiences and sustainable campus performance.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning and growth of the centre with a focus on operational management, business development, and academic oversight. This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations to maintain efficiency and stability in systems and procedures, including workforce planning and timetabling. The Centre Manager is tasked with developing and implementing strategies to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities and building relationships with external partners to enhance the centre's profile. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, such as School Manager and heads of programs, to support the centre’s operations as well as delivery of high-quality educational programs and contribute to academic initiatives that align with the centre's strategic goals. The Centre Manager role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of effectively balancing multiple priorities to drive the success and advancement of the centre.
