Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that service level agreements are effectively monitored and controlled. The individual applies established tools, methodologies, and processes to maintain alignment with project goals and organizational standards, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of commitments. Collaboration and coordination across teams are essential to address challenges and drive progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies proactively.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster their professional growth.
- Document and report on project status, ensuring accurate and timely updates for management and clients.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Contract Management.
- Strong capability in applying program and project management methodologies to control and monitor deliverables.
- Experience in utilizing standard tools and processes to track service level agreements and project milestones.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Additional Information:
