We are looking for sharp, reliable students to support a product launch and ongoing operations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of customer experience, operations, and marketing, offering real exposure to a live product launch, direct impact on customer experience, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving team. The role includes flexible hours and is ideal for students.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manually track new users and key lifecycle events

  • Perform booking checks and post-booking follow-ups

  • Call hotels to confirm reservations, special requests, early check-in, or late checkout

  • Support proactive customer touch-points and VIP handling

  • Assist with basic reporting and data tracking

  • Help execute launch and marketing-related tasks

  • Flag issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Clear, confident communicator, comfortable speaking with hotels and partners

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to follow structured processes

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, docs, and basic tools

  • Interest in travel, customer experience, or operations is a plus
