The Role:
We are seeking a FP&A Manager to join us on a large national portfolio. You will assume ownership in terms of co-ordination and delivery of management reporting, budgets, and forecasts , on account via oversight of the financial planning and reporting team and ensuring that BI reports are fit for purpose
You will ensure that there is a continual focus on quality, continuous improvement, governance and best practice to the Account team and client.
Please note that this is a 4-month fixed term contract role with possibility of an extension or conversion.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Stakeholder management and engagement including support of Internal and External clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory JLL and client policies
Oversight of the financial planning and reporting team including CRE (including AASB16), FM (including projects) spend and minor works (capital projects).
Coordinate month end accrual and reporting process
Management of annual budget/forecast processes including establishment of key data assumptions
Liaise with the Business Analytics team to ensure financial data is aligned for BI reporting including data governance audits
Support the leadership team in achieving all relevant KPI’s throughout the term of the Contract
Ensuring the further development and refinement of key metric reporting to the client
Generate financial reporting disclosures for both Group and stand-alone statutory accounts
Support finance/ tax teams with any interim/ year end reporting requests
Responsible for baseline savings and recharge reporting process.
Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of TM1
What you will bring:
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Over 5 years’ experience in budgeting forecasting or modelling in a complex commercial environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables daily inclusive of month end
Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of client representatives and JLL stakeholders
Good attention to detail
Sound written and oral communication skills and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems
Experience in investigating financial reporting issues and problem-solving
Experience in management of financial systems including system monitoring and administration is desirable
Advanced Excel skills including sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling
Formal qualifications related to Finance CA or CPA
Experience in property finance desirable but not a pre-requisite
