Saxo Bank’s Configuration Team offering is first class and if service is important to you then we have room for you in our Configuration Team in Gurgaon.

Our Global Configuration Team is multicultural and currently based in Denmark, Singapore and India. Our primary function is the configuration and maintenance of Institutional clients like Brokers, White Label (WLC), Money Managers (MM), Introducing Broker (IB) and Financial Clients. Furthermore, the team supports multiple stakeholders across the organization and handles day to day changes important for our Partners. The Configuration team works closely with the technology team and together for the backbone for the money-making logic for the entire organization.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining cost and charges like Commission, interest, Financing cost, Custody fee etc

  • Creating and maintaining Risk profiles like Margin Call and Margin Requirement profiles etc

  • Creation of WLC, IB client and other partner structures under Saxo Bank and Saxo Bank subsidiaries

  • Broker Configuration

  • Supporting different projects like migration

  • Client maintenance and large-scale bulk updates

  • Partner Termination

  • Improvements to current systems and procedures to optimize the day-to-day tasks

  • Data extraction and analysis

  • Ad-hoc requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Expert to handle retail and institutional client account setup

  • Experience in setting up cost & charges and Accounts for above mentioned clients

  • Knowledge of capital market

  • Knowledge of Asset classes like Equities, Bonds, MFs, CFDs, FX

  • Complete understanding of trade life cycle

  • Experience in process improvement

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within an International Bank’s back-office operations, Customer Service or a similar function within the financial service industry

  • Knowledge of Banking financial products and insight into investment banking
