How will you create an impact

As an Process Excellence Engineer, you will be involved in process design, troubleshooting process issues, process optimization, process analysis, process documentation, quality control, process automation, and quality assurance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of organization.  

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor degree and 3-5 years of experience as process engineer in Insurance industry.
  • Sound knowledge of all ITIL processes i.e., Demand Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Service Request management.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing AIG processes, identifying areas for improvements and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process related issues and technical hands-on experience in SharePoint and Confluence tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Providing training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and ensure successful implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and ability to multitask whenever involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean principles, six sigma methodologies and statical analysis.
  • Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, data analysis
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.    
  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Developing, optimizing, and improving AIG processes
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new process, technologies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.
  • Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis and data driven decision making to achieve operational excellence and production support targets.
  • Develop and maintain process standards and best practices.
  • Service Now Knowledge
  • Understanding of Lean, Agile and DevOps, Program/project management skills and experience advantageous
