We are currently looking for a Dealer Support Analyst Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN during Summer 2025.

A Day in the Life:   

• Tracks open CONSULT software incident cases, resolution status, and corrective action progress.

• Provide technical support to aftermarket users on the operation and usage of diagnostic software and ECU programming files available from the Tech Info websites for Nissan and Infiniti.

• Continuously benchmarks other OEMs and analyzes Technician, Service Manager, and other industry surveys (JD Power, NADA, etc.) to position Nissan and INFINITI as a top OEM for dealer and customer satisfaction

 Who We’re Looking for: 

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program automotive technology or related field.

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Familiarity with dealership operations and roles, automotive components, warranty, and repair processes.

• Working proficiency in Microsoft products and PowerPoint

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Ability to perform work onsite at Nissan Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN
