Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Insurance Commissions Processor to their team in West Palm Beach, Florida

Job Summary: The Insurance Commissions Processor is responsible for processing direct bill commissions through the Epic and Comulate systems.

Essential Functions:

  • Process Direct Bill (DB) commissions through the Applied Epic and Comulate systems.
  • Ability to locate and download carrier statements
  • Record cash receipts 
  • Process commissions through ERP and third party systems.
  • Coordinate with the DB team lead and operations management for triage of open items during the commission processing process.
  • Responsible for transacting approximately 10,000 transactions per month, once fully training within 3 to 5 months.
  • Knowledge of appropriate workflows throughout the DB process to ensure proper financial statement presentation.

Competencies & Qualifications: 

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as commission statements and other insurance related documents.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills
  •  Ability to develop strong relationships, both with carriers and with the FRP Team
  • Strong detail orientation and follow up skills
  • Strong technical documentation skills 
  • Ability to adhere to process requirements
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel 
  • Working knowledge of Applied Epic, ASM360 and Salesforce or other agency management platforms a plus

Education & Experience:

  • Insurance industry experience preferred
