Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure and maintain technician productivity and efficiency levels at or above 85%.

• Effectively plan and schedule shop workload to optimize workflow and resource utilization.

• Oversee equipment downtime, minimize the need for outsourced repairs, and coordinate closely with operations to ensure equipment availability.

Primary Duties:

• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with the ability to train, guide, and motivate team members in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Possession of OSHA, TIA, OE, or other relevant safety/mechanical certifications is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Must have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Required Education:

• No formal education requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on trailer mechanic experience.

• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory, lead, or foreman role within a shop or maintenance setting.
