Buscamos un/a Social Media Manager que convierta estrategia en contenido relevante, construya comunidad con intención y transforme métricas en crecimiento real. Si eres creativo/a, analítico/a y verdaderamente te consideras social-first, queremos conocerte. 

 

Responsabilidades: 

  • Diseñar y definir narrativa, tono y planes estratégicos alineados a negocio y posicionamiento de marca en Social Media de manera mensual. 
  • Crear y gestionar el calendario de contenidos. Producción end to end de contenido. 
  • Detectar tendencias culturales, comportamientos y oportunidades para transformarlas en contenido relevante y escalable. 
  • Búsqueda, briefing y seguimiento de colaboraciones alineadas a objetivos de marca y performance con creadores de contenidos. 
  • Escucha activa, interacción proactiva y construcción de comunidad. Seguimiento de KPIs, experimentación y mejora basada en datos. 
  • Trabajo coordinado con equipos de creatividad, estrategia y data para asegurar coherencia full-funnel. 

 

Requisitos: 

  • 🌐 2 - 3 años de experiencia en agencia o consultoría. 
  • Conocimiento profundo de TikTok, Instagram y YouTube. Mentalidad data-driven con capacidad de análisis y optimización. 
  • Alta autonomía, rapidez de ejecución y criterio creativo. 
  • Interés constante por la cultura digital, la evolución de las plataformas y creadores de contenido, manteniéndose siempre a la vanguardia. 
  • Español (nativo o fluidez total) e Inglés (nivel avanzado/profesional, imprescindible).
