Program & Operations Senior Analyst

The Program & Operations Senior Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operational requirements for our Global and Local Controllership together with Controllership Finance Centers. Working closely with the Controllership Global Operations team, this role will provide support to Controllership leadership and their teams in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong analytical, reporting, financial, and operational skills. This role will be aligned 100% to Finance - Controllership

📌 What challenges are waiting for you:   

• Provide day to day operational support to Controllership Global Operations team and Controllership Leadership teams.
• Manage the daily operation of Controllership s Time Management application, including user management, time validation, etc.
• Collaborate with technical team for issue resolutions, enhancements, updates, etc.
• Maintain distribution lists and org charts across each of the functional areas of Controllership Support logistics and preparation of materials for meetings.
• Drive reporting for Global Operations Leads, i.e., prepare reports, maintain existing reports dashboards, design new reports dashboards.
• Maintain SharePoint for Controllership Support on Headcount management activities.
• Escalate issues to Global Operations Leads where necessary.
• Responding to queries from Controllership community on an ad hoc basis.
• Any other responsibilities that Controllership Leads consider required and adequate for the role.

📌 What will make you successful:  

• Required skills competencies experience Bachelor´s degree in Business Finance Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerApps.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Fluent English C2 with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to escalate critical issue for resolution.
• Strong time management and ability to effectively prioritize.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills as well as ability to work independently and on one’s own initiative.
