About the Role
Accenture is seeking a strategic, commercially minded leader to join our Song Operations team. This Senior Manager role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in media buying, inside sales, and stakeholder engagement, who can drive growth through innovative go-to-market strategies and establishing new programs of work.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Accenture’s Song Operations agenda, acting as a key interlock with the Song Media team, and supporting the development and delivery of client-centric solutions. With a strong focus on people and culture, you’ll lead with empathy, coach for performance, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
We’re particularly interested in individuals who bring a blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and delivery excellence, with a track record of building trusted relationships across sales, marketing, media and advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for media and inside sales, aligned to Accenture’s growth priorities.
Shape and drive new programs of work, from opportunity identification and solutioning through to delivery and value realization.
Act as a strategic connector between Accenture and the Song Media team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders, positioning Accenture as a trusted partner in media, marketing and sales delivery.
Champion a culture of coaching, mentoring, and continuous development across the team.
Guide clients through organisational change, embedding new ways of working and fostering adoption of innovative media solutions.
Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and internal capability uplift.
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated experience in media buying, inside sales, or related commercial roles.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive outcomes at scale.
Strong network and credibility with senior stakeholders in media, advertising, or digital sectors.
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect commercial ambition to business impact.
Experience working in or alongside consulting environments or large matrixed organisations.
Passion for people leadership, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
