Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Ai Productivity Solutions Engineer to join our organization. You will work in a team, enabling the enterprise through digital transformation by leveraging all the existing Microsoft modern workplace productivity applications. We are seeking an individual to guide through significant changes as we embrace generative AI through Copilot. The selected candidate will be expected to both own and lead technical decisions, planning and discussions. Serving as a product owner of Microsoft Copilot. While having experience with the following Microsoft 365 products but not limited to. CoPilot, Copilot Studio, Automation Agents, AI PC, Azure AI Foundry, SharePoint agents, Teams, Viva, Power Platforms, and Gen AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Generative AI experience- Help guide and transform the department by demonstrating how to work more efficiently leveraging, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot in Teams, Meetings, Teams Premium, PC devices, Frontline Worker enablement, Copilot Pages and Viva products, services, and integration,
  • Product Planning Operations: You will run and streamline the Product Planning process for Copilot. While working with other MUFG AI teams, including collaboration with Microsoft on the Long-term Copilot Roadmap for MUFG.
  • Integrations using Ai- Develop and deploy generative AI apps and APIs to all the departments existing 365 product suites. Optimizing workflows, automating tasks, and boosting efficiency across teams. Overall cutting down on manual work and accelerating admin tasks.
  • Strategic Thinking- You will help introduce strategic frameworks and first-principle thinking to structure the way we plan for our product feature releases.
  • Solution Design and Deployment- You will demonstrate (e.g., Architectural Design Sessions, and Proof of Concept sessions) using Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings, devices, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement and Viva products. Develop services, and integration, by presenting and applying architecture patterns for design, development, configuration, and deployment/adoption/governance planning.
  • Storytelling You will need to effectively communicate the narrative of Modern Work and Copilot's capabilities and the transformative impact on businesses and individuals.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and AI accelerator team making sure the business understands and stays within the companies Ai patterns, development, configuration, and governance plans.
  • Orchestrate- Help develop insights, allowing the company to discover more benefits of the cloud, by orchestrating across both cloud and edge. Obtaining data across the Azure services to increase productivity, reduce costs, and provide deep insights. All while using Copilot recommendations and allowing it to take automated actions while respecting the organization's policy and privacy.
  • Alignment and Execution: You will help drive and execute complex research and produce roadmap across multiple AI teams. While ensuring the team delivers on the roadmap timelines.
  • Lead Technical Implementations: Implement M365 Modern Work solutions with specific focus on M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot in Azure, Agents in SharePoint Online, ensuring all meets the firm’s security governance requirements.
  • Help drive User Adoption: Develop and execute strategies, to increase end-user adoption of Modern Work workloads with focus on M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, Agents in SharePoint Online, including training programs and workshops.
  • Optimize Environments: Continuously optimize and look for opportunities where Copilot can be integrated with the departmental Operations and Platform. As well as planning on how to release new Copilot enhancements to the enterprise.
  • Monitor and Report: Track and report usage on M365 Modern work usage metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve adoption and usage, with focus on M365 Copilot.
  • Champion Programs: Establish and manage champion programs to drive peer-to-peer learning and support within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure Open AI, Microsoft Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, Automation, AI PC, Azure AI Studio, Power Platforms, and Gen AI.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in customer success. 
  • Experience working in or with large enterprises, particularly within the financial or SaaS sectors. 
  • Experience with data analytics or Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and familiarity with automation frameworks and tools
  • Experience writing AI prompts, displaying how Microsoft 365 Copilot creates, summarizes, edits, and transforms the business or individual.
  • Experience building consumer products leveraging Machine Learning or Large Language Models. 
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.  
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team. 
  • Strong knowledge of GenAIOps, and AI templates.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering with Prompty within Github.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Persuasive communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in accelerating AI apps from development to production.
  • Familiarity with AI templates and streamlining prompt engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, product operations, strategy, consulting. 
  • 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical security and deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise solutions in key industries such as Financial Services (FSI), or Government. This includes understanding industry-specific challenges and how M365 solutions can address them.
  • Experience building products at high-growth startups and companies.
  • Experience leading product teams building consumer products in personal productivity, search, education, or messaging.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $125K - $182K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
