Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials to enable enhancements identified by the client in R2R, and A2R/FA processes.

Primary Fusion Modules:
GL, FA, Cash Management, , Subledger Accounting (with integrations knowledge) and Understanding of Reporting in these modules


Roles & Responsibilities:
Run discovery & design workshops translate requirements to Oracle capabilities.
Own configuration, integration touchpoints, and end to end testing (SIT/UAT).
Define COA, ledgers, tax, payments, SLA rules.
Design close calendars, reconciliations, and reporting.
Drive data migration (COA, balances, assets).
Author BRDs/MD50s manage defects lead cutover & hypercare.
Advise on controls, compliance (SOX), and best practices

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger and FA Modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with application development and maintenance in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for financial applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger and FA modules.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
