Inside Sales Specialist with French

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Specialist with French role will be part of Arrow Education Services Division - EMEA Education Sales Team that consists of several specialists including Account Management/ Sales and Sales Support / Internal Sales positions. They are currently looking for new individual to join them. The atmosphere in this close-knit team is inspiring, friendly, and supportive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build an effective communication & relationship with customers.

  • Qualify and respond to inbound lead inquiries.

  • Outbound new business prospecting.

  • Vendor programs knowledge management.

  • Sales Forecast maintenance.

  • Training schedule selection approval.

  • Coordinate division of labour with local sales team in managing account activities and processes.

  • Analyse and resolve client queries in accurate and timely manner.

  • Maintain positive working relationship with clients for business growth.

  • Develop account management plan to meet business objectives.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timeline and budget.

  • Work closely with Education Delivery Team (training coordinators) and Sales Support.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or High school graduate with equivalent related sales experience.

  • Languages: Fluent French (at least C1) and good English (at least B2 / C1 level).

  • Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.

  • Previous sales and prospecting experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and to interact at multiple levels of an organization.

  • Customer service excellence (customer focus).

  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication in both French and English.

It would be nice if you also have

  • IT Sales/Customer Service / Sales Support Experience.

  • Interest in new technologies.

  • Independent, self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
