We are currently seeking a highly skilled Supplier Manager to oversee and manage our service provider relationships in compliance with APRA CPS 230 requirements within our Product & Sales division.
Reporting to the General Manager Product & Sales, you will ensure ensuring operational risks are mitigated, and business continuity is maintained.
The Role
Managing service providers in alignment with APRA CPS 230 and RAC’s Service Provider Management Policy.
Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for service provider agreements.
Developing and negotiating contract terms, conditions, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitoring and reporting on service provider performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Ensuring contracts are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintaining a register of material service providers.
Collaborating with internal departments including Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management teams to ensure cohesive service provider management.
Acting as the primary point of contact for service provider performance and contract-related issues.
Providing training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance and service provider management.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in supplier/provider management, procurement, or contract administration.
Strong knowledge of legal agreements, cyber security standards, and IT risk management practices.
Proven expertise in governance, risk, and compliance within the financial services industry.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and relationships effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address supplier-related challenges.
Experience conducting commercial due diligence and fostering strong supplier relationships.
Understanding of APRA CPS 230 and operational risk management principles is highly desirable
