What you will do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and supporting the overall efficiency of HR functions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems, and providing exceptional support to both employees and management.
How you will do it
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Process new hire documentation, including offers, onboarding, and orientation materials.
Manage HR filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing of all HR information for employees and non-employees working on behalf of the company.
Support other team members to perform administrative and transaction processing activity to support the various HR Center of Expertise and Business Unit HR organizations.
Employee Support
Provide support during the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Apply customer service skills and operate service center applications in order to provide consistent quality of service managing all kind of interactions.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed.
What we look for
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field of studies desired.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience within a service delivery environment – preferably HR and/or Operations experience, or HR Service Center experience.
Fluency in English is required and German/French/Spanish is advantage.
Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High attention to detail with demonstrated planning and organizational skills and ability to achieve objectives within deadlines.
Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and meet changing business needs and priorities.
Experience in using a database management system is required, working knowledge of any HR Information System, i.e. Workday, will be an advantage.

Starting from 1300 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience.
