Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions to drive business growth and innovation. As a key member of our technology team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and services that transform our business and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to integrate AI/ML models with large-scale data systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Lead the development of AI-powered products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML models and algorithms, identifying and resolving issues that impact performance and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in AI/ML development, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI/ML solutions with existing systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of programming experience in architecting highly scalable and performing Web Applications.
- 5+ years of experience programming in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST Services, and related technologies.
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies.
- 4+ years of developing high transaction high throughput systems.
- 2+ years of experience integrating 3rd party solutions in existing architecture.
- 2+ years of experience in agile ways of working in a distributed geographical model.

Sunnyvale, California US-11349: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
