Account Manager
Team: Account Management
Job Summary: The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing OccuNet’s suite of repricing solutions. This role is responsible for managing ongoing client relationships, coordinating with third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
The Account Manager partners closely with clients to proactively ensure client satisfaction with OccuNet’s services by helping them interpret reporting, identify opportunities to improve discounts, exposure, enhance member experience, and drive overall program performance.
