Join us as the Global Technical Learning & Onboarding Lead and play a pivotal role in building world-class technical development programs for our Engineering and R&D teams in the Transformers business. You’ll design innovative, scalable learning experiences that empower professionals—from new graduates to seasoned experts—to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

This is your chance to lead global initiatives that drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and create consistent onboarding experiences across regions. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, training teams, and leaders to ensure our people are equipped with the skills they need to succeed.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design structured, role-based learning paths for engineering professionals.
  • Develop engaging curricula aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and R&D leaders to create practical, application-based content.
  • Lead global onboarding programs for new engineering talent.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding experiences across geographies.
  • Define evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and innovation goals.
  • Mentor junior curriculum designers and foster a culture of learning.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical training or curriculum development.
  • Deep understanding of transformer technologies and engineering workflows.
  • Proven success in leading global onboarding or early-career programs.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and engineering tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
