Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and professional service to guests when seating them in the restaurant according to designated rotation plans
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months’ F&B experience, with 3 months’ experience in upscale restaurants of international hotel chains
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields being an advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, English being an advantage
