Summary:
Provides consultative analysis and support to hire talent based on competitive offers to meet current and future workforce trends. Analyzes salary data, reviews new hire offers, and ensures fair and competitive pay practices for clinical and non-clinical employees. Supervise, coach and train entry-level staff on compensation practices and procedures.Responsibilities:
Assists with survey submission participation process during peak survey season and market pricing jobs as required.Provide subject matter expertise regarding pay structures, compensation guidelines, and current pay practices.Assists in analysis to identify trends in relation to hard to fill jobs, and suggest changes to improve the overall efficiencies within compensation and talent acquisition.Review and analyze new hire salary offers for healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health staff, and administrative employees.Support audits and data validation processes to ensure consistency and compliance in salary administration for new hires.Impart a foundational understanding of regulatory guidelines affecting healthcare compensation, including FLSA, pay transparency laws, and wage compliance.Partner with recruiters to ensure offers align with pay equity standards, organizational compensation practices, and compensation philosophy.Work closely within the Human Resources team members including Talent Acquisition to communicate compensation policies and practices.Provide timely consultation and guidance to Talent Acquisition team members as needed to ensure competitive and equitable job offers.Assist in maintaining and processing transactions in Workday.Provide comprehensive training for entry level staff in compensation fundamentals, salary administration, and total rewards strategy.Assess internal and external compensation equity using assigned pay ranges, policies, and current pay rates for similarly situated incumbents.Competencies:

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis) and knowledge of HR systems and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, PayFactors). Required Work Experience: Five (5) years of experience in designing and implementing contemporary compensation and hiring practices. Other Information: Additional Education Information: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Coursework in Human Resources (Preferred).
