Role Summary:
The hemophilia franchise team is looking for a brand manager who will play a key role leading the strategic development of hemophilia portfolio that includes Marstacimab and Hemophilia Gene Therapy (GTx) products.
The hemophilia franchise brand manager is expected to contribute to maximizing the value of hemophilia portfolio by developing and conducting commercial strategies and tactics to win the market competition in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders. The brand manager will closely work with both Marstacimab and GTx Portfolio team leads and report to Hemophilia Franchise & GTx Portfolio lead.
Role Responsibility:
Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
1. Contribute to creating and leading commercial strategy and tactics of hemophilia portfolio
Proactively join discussions among global/regional/local cross-functional colleagues (Medical, Sales, Finance, DJ, BD, PGS and Access & Values, etc) and bring creative ideas to develop commercial strategy and tactics
Collaborate with external stakeholders (HCPs and academia, etc) to develop an environment where the market share grows significantly.
Develop a plan based on analysis obtained from data, facts, and insights, and lead commercial activities by leveraging omni-channels
Set appropriate KPIs for commercial activities and keep updating plans and actions based on feedback
Create materials based on insights obtained through analytics to deliver information and messages to encourage HCPs and consumers to prescribe hemophilia franchise products
Conduct qualitative/quantitative analyses and research to earn customer insights for revenue forecasts and commercial tactics
Keep eyes open for new information on the global and local competitive landscape, the latest discussions among KOLs and academia
2. Adhere to Pfizer company policies, compliance rules/regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
More than 3 years of experience in commercial (brand marketing, digital marketing, and/or sales strategy/management) is required
Fluent communication in Japanese and English in both writing and speaking
Analytic and strategic thinking and ability to articulate business direction and priorities
Strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams
Actively contribute to creating and implementing innovative ideas, as well as to fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
Understand analytic tools/methods, demonstrate the ability to collect customer insights, and translate them to implications which leads to the robust brand strategy
Build broad accountability, trust, empower, and adapt own style to fit the needs of the situation and individual
