The Global Process Specialist (Supply Planning) will be the knowledge holder of the processes and responsible for ensuring the anchoring and innovation of defined Integrated Business Planning processes into the operating businesses in collaboration with business functional teams and other key stakeholders.

What you will be responsible for:

Process Expertise

  • Have a deep understanding of the defined business processes, how they are related up and downstream within the larger end-to-end process, the principles and strategic objectives of the processes, and the necessary data prerequisites.

  • Effectively network with key stakeholders to understand cross-functional process touchpoints and handovers, the business strategic objectives and technical considerations, options, and limitations.

  • Manage the appropriate core process documentation and support the development of training material/standard operating procedures to support the anchoring and utilisation of business processes, ensuring accurate updates as processes evolve. 

  • Ensure that any local exceptions to the core process are documented and approved.

Process Performance

  • Defining, refining, protecting, and deploying a global set of monitoring metrics, KPIs, and process adherence measures to support process anchoring.

  • Partner with functional leaders for the definition of targets, using external benchmarking/best practices where possible.

  • Lead operational reviews with functional leaders and other key stakeholders, identifying and leading global improvements to feed into the innovation plan.

  • Establish a continuous improvement culture, empowering and supporting local optimization

Process Innovation

  • Engage with all key stakeholders to document and refine a demand pipeline for future process innovation, utilising industry best practices, new technologies from partners, and business strategic initiatives, partnered with key Technology stakeholders.

  • Ensure changes to processes are executed and managed through the appropriate governance methodologies and forums.

  • Engage with operational and global functional teams to share best practices between teams and support a common forum for collaboration, information sharing, and alignment on future priorities.

About you:

  • Experienced in Supply Chain Planning process areas

  • Experience in S&OP

  • Experience in Inventory Planning, RCCP

  • Agile & experienced in process areas

  • IBP experience (highly desirable)

  • SAP and associated systems experience (desirable)

  • Lean Six Sigma experienced/certified (desirable)

  • Project Management methodology experienced/certified (desirable)

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS, CSCP, CPIM) (desirable)

  • Ability to unify strategy with operational delivery

  • Proactive and able to bring outside-in perspective to enable a World Class GPO organisation

Salary ranges from 5000 to 6000 euro gross depending on your experience.
