As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and performance of applications. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system capabilities is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integrated systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
