Intapp is seeking a Senior Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and recruiting the best talent in the markerplace. technical/engineering talent in the marketplace. You’ll need to be part researcher, brand advisor, talent coinsurer and passionate engagement specialist. You will play an essential role in bringing in top talent, engaging with candidates and management to ensure a best in-class recruiting experience It’s our people that sets us apart and allows us to achieve and consistently over-achieve such lofty goals.

This is a high-impact, full lifecycle recruiting role supporting hiring across Engineering, Finance, Product, GTM, and Corporate functions. You will operate as a true business partner—owning requisitions end-to-end, driving hiring outcomes, and adapting quickly across a wide range of roles and talent markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers, and initiating the on-boarding process
  • Recruit across multiple functions including Engineering, Finance, Product, Sales, Client Services, and Corporate roles
  • Quickly ramp on new business areas, translating hiring needs into actionable talent strategies
  • Operate as a utility player, flexing across priorities based on business demand
  • Drive urgency across the hiring process, ensuring feedback, scheduling, and decisions happen within defined timelines
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the Intapp brand is well represented
  • Partner with hiring managers to define clear role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive efficient interview processes
  • Build pipelines for roles aligned to emerging areas including AI, data, and enterprise SaaS
  • Proactively manage interview feedback and decision-making to ensure timely hiring outcomes
  • Maintain company’s ATS (workday/HireEZ) by updating candidate and requisition statuses
  • Provide general backup to the Senior Technical Recruiters and all other recruiters as needed

What you’ll need:

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Corporate), not limited to a single domain
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive accountability
  • Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn
