Your Impact
The System Director of Analytics & Reporting serves as a strategic partner across the enterprise, ensuring consistent, transparent, and reliable financial and operational messaging. This role elevates how the system tracks performance, governs KPIs, communicates financial results, and supports executive and board-level decision-making.
This leader will:
Build and oversee system-wide KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting
Translate financial and operational performance into compelling, accurate narratives
Strengthen financial stewardship, transparency, and data governance
Support executive leadership, hospital leaders, and boards with high-impact analytics and presentations
Advance financial literacy and data-driven decision-making across the organization
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Analytics & KPI Leadership
Establish and oversee system-level KPIs for financial performance, operational efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
Design, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards and reporting tools integrating clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
Ensure system-wide visibility, consistency, and accountability for performance measurement.
Strategic Financial & Operational Storytelling
Develop and deliver clear, fact-based financial communications related to revenue, margin, expenses, productivity, forecasts, and performance trends.
Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for executive leaders, hospital leadership, and physician executives.
Support corporate boards and executive leadership with high-impact presentations, dashboards, and narrative reporting.
Data Governance & Reporting Integrity
Ensure all reporting complies with data governance standards, audit requirements, and corporate policy.
Oversee processes for sourcing, documentation, version control, accuracy, and timeliness of data and reports.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Decision Support, Quality, and Communications to maintain a single, trusted source of truth.
System Partnership & Culture Building
Partner with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Clinical leaders to align reporting and messaging with organizational priorities.
Promote a culture of financial transparency, stewardship, and data-driven accountability.
Develop financial literacy education and tools to strengthen leaders’ understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions.
Leadership & Team Development
Create a high-performing department culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coach and develop team members to deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and service.
