As a Management Consultant, you will work with a team of technical and project management consultant to support integrated initiatives that optimize Epic systems, driving sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation.

Job Description

As an Epic Real Time Eligibility (RTE) Consultant you will: 

  •  Assist client in IT ticket management. Assisting the client with working down helpdesk tickets for specific Epic application area.
  • Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applications
  • Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
  • Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary
  • Optimization and upgrade support for given applications, as needed.
  • Update Client on project status
  • May assist with other tasks as I needed and mutually agreed upon.

Requirements:

  • Epic Real Time Eligibility (RTE) certification additional Epic certifications a plus

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems

  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely

  • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
