Your role at Clorox:

The role provides technical leadership and support for new initiatives, including new product introductions, cost-saving projects, and implementation of new packaging machinery. This position coordinates and aligns technical project definitions across Production Packaging Lines and Process Formulation.

The role leads Technical Transfers, Experimental Orders, and Plant Qualifications for new projects, while also supporting manufacturing operations by resolving technical issues. Responsibilities include identifying, testing, evaluating, and implementing cost-saving initiatives, qualifying new alternative suppliers and co-packers, and acting as the technical liaison between Production Services Operations (PSO) and R&D for new product launches and initiatives.

This position is also responsible for maintaining effective collaboration with local integrators to coordinate all technical activities required for the execution of the SLA plan.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Plant Qualification and Feasibility Tests for new initiatives, including meeting coordination, development of technical project timelines, and project closure, following Production Services LATAM processes. (
  • Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for newly established processes and products.
  • Serve as the main point of accountability between Integration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Logistics (SCL), and R&D for new products, launches, and initiatives.
  • Lead People Management processes, including performance management (My GPS), career development discussions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Deliver Quality and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes for all projects impacting local operations; lead execution for projects under Production Services.
  • Provide technical support to the LATAM Production Services region as required.
  • Support MTO (Cost Savings) initiatives, including idea generation, technical follow-up, supply assurance projects, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Plan and control the local or cluster testing budget, including SWP Production Services cost control and spend management.

What we look for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations (Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.)

  • 2–3 years of experience in Project Management
  • 2–3 years of experience in Technical roles (Packaging / Process)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Risk Analysis with a focus on Manufacturing and Microbiology
  • Experience working in FMCG is preferred.

Education & Tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Biotechnology, Mechanical, or related fields) or equivalent experience.

  • English: Advanced

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
