For information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.comThe Senior Manager, Local Sales Sustainability Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale activation of sustainability programs throughout Local Sales teams, serving as the public face of Sustainability, and fostering organizational engagement to keep sustainability at the forefront of business and customer interactions. This position integrates feedback and insights from the field to guide technology and merchandising upgrades that enhance the customer journey, while collaborating closely with sales leaders and field teams to promote adoption of environmentally preferable products and grow volume and revenue of One Planet One Table, sustainably certified, locally sourced, and emerging supplier products.
In addition, the Senior Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders such as ATC and other partners, ensuring alignment and measurable progress toward sustainability goals. The role champions continuous improvement and innovation in sustainability processes, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies and results. The ideal candidate is agile and resourceful, with proven expertise in sustainability and sales enablement, capable of fostering engagement among field teams and delivering tangible business and environmental outcomes.
