About the role
The NFR Global team is responsible for structuring and governing Nu's non-financial risk management framework across the geographies where we operate. Within this scope, the Sustainability Risk (social, environmental, and climate risk) and Reputational Risk verticals are critical for anticipating events that could compromise the business's social and operational license.
This position was created to strengthen the team's analytical and data capabilities — a profile that builds models, cross-references complex datasets, and transforms data into methodologies and governance inputs. Domain knowledge in Sustainability Risk and Reputational Risk will be developed on the job, with support from leadership and the senior team.
We are looking for a profile with a strong foundation in analytics and structured thinking, capable of navigating new domains autonomously. You don't need to arrive knowing everything about SAC or Reputational risk — you need to arrive knowing how to learn quickly, structure complex problems, and build solutions from data.
Hybrid 2-3 times/week: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week, on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.
