We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET Core and React.js to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, high‑quality software solutions, play a key role in technical decision‑making, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and cross‑functional teams. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to building robust, modern applications leveraging Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems.
• Leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions for major features.
• Reviewing code, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high code quality standards.
• Collaborating with product managers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Identifying and resolving technical debt and system bottlenecks.
• Providing guidance and training to junior developers to help them grow their skills.
• Implementing and advocating for best practices.                 
• Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Actively participating in retrospectives and suggesting improvements to processes and workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in back-end (.NET Core)

• 5+ years of experience in React.JS

•  Mandatory to have  Azure Services experience in some of these: logic apps, azure apps service, function apps, blob storage, function Apps B2C.

• Mandatory to have AI and specifically Github Copilot experience
  • Understanding of different LLMs and their use cases.
  • Experience working with AI agents and agent based workflows
  • Knowledge of fundamental AI concepts
  • Ability to leverage AI for code reviews, unit testing, and other engineering tasks

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Solid proficiency in C#.NET for back-end

• Write unit test cases with 100% code coverage using Jest (TDD).

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, IE11, etc.).

• Version control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps.

• Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques.

• Use Jira and Confluence for project management.

• Work with tools like NPM, Babel, Webpack, etc.

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

• Understanding of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards (a plus).

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Micro Frontends.

• Understanding of GraphQL or REST APIs.

• Strong English communication
