Key Accountabilities
All elements of the annual performance cycle are completed by the due date (including goal setting, mid-year reviews, EOY conversations)
Regular 1:1’s, team meetings and development conversations conducted - minimum monthly cadence
Performance issues are managed in an effective and timely manner
Quarterly development conversations conducted with all team members
100% of compliance training is completed on time for team
All health and safety, risk and compliance requirements are delivered across the team
Effective management of budgets as per forecast with demonstrated focus on managing cost
Demonstrated commitment to building own capability as a people leader
Contribute to the development of the asset segment marketing strategy and brand guidelines (as required)
End-to-end campaign planning, ideation, and management including programs, activations and digital and social content
Project management of campaign deliverables and milestones ensuring up-to-date tracking of deliverables and deadlines
Responsible for budget development and management for each campaign
Contribute to successful campaign operationalisation and delivery across all elements and touchpoints
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable the successful development and delivery of campaigns
Ensure that all elements of the campaign are optimised to deliver campaign objectives
Accountable for on-time delivery of nominated campaigns and programs for the asset segment
Responsible for campaign reporting that drives insights for future activity
Responsible for end-to-end compliance of campaigns across all corporate policies and legal requirements
Administrative and reporting duties will include and are not limited to preparing reports and presentations; monitoring and reporting on Campaign performance and compliance training & reporting

Experience & Capabilities
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
You will be experienced in end-to-end campaign development and management of omni channel campaigns. You have a broad understanding of the marketing mix, ideally with exposure and expertise gained in shopping centres/retail. You will be accustomed to navigating a large complex and geographically diverse organisation. A marketing degree is highly desirable.
You will have proven success leading campaign management/delivery teams with demonstrated ability to partner & collaborate to drive operational efficiency and optimise all aspects of the campaign from in-centre to digital.
You will have the ability to design campaigns to deliver across multiple objectives, leverage insights and overcome various hurdles and considerations. You can effectively brief subject matter experts and / or agencies on different aspects of a campaign and help shape the proposed solution/response, adding value and ensuring acute attention to detail in the proposed delivery.
You have ability, agility and appetite to understand and deliver tailored and customised campaigns to support to different segments and consumer needs.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE
Strong foundational end to end marketing knowledge
Understanding of the retail and / or shopping centre environment and operations, or ability to develop understanding quickly
CAPABILITIES

Ability to design and put in place systems to streamline communication and collection/disbursement of information to multiple stakeholders
