Neogen Canada is looking for a Solution Specialist to drive the adoption of our microbiology and chemistry product portfolio across Canada. The ideal candidates will reside in Ontario, Quebec, or eastern Canada
This unique role bridges science and business, helping customers implement cutting-edge solutions in pathogen detection, allergens, hygiene monitoring, and mycotoxins—backed by Neogen’s globally trusted platforms like Petrifilm, MDS, Reveal, Veratox, Clean-Trace and more.
As a Solution Specialist, you will be a key technical advisor, collaborating closely with our Field Technical Service (FTS) team and Sales (TBMs & IS) to guide customers through pre-sale evaluations and post-sale readiness. Your insights and support will drive growth, build long-term relationships, and help our partners elevate their food safety programs.
You’ll report to the Canadian FTS and SS Leader and work side-by-side with our FTS and Sales teams, creating a powerful support system that drives technical confidence and business success. Unlike traditional roles, this one blends chemistry and microbiology expertise, mirroring the realities of customer environments.
