We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, dedicated people to join Alcon. We are currently seeking a Manager US Surgical Sales Incentives, based out of Fort Worth. This role leads a team of two analysts in the execution of US Surgical sales incentive programs in alignment with the strategic and business objectives. The manager is responsible for planning, managing the execution of the sales incentive plans, providing analysis and insights to US Surgical leadership team as well as ensuring continuous process improvements related to all aspects of the incentive plans.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Analyze, compile and present to Sales Leadership Team scenario analysis for yearly enhancements of US Surgical incentive programs; ensure fair and optimized commission structures that support business objectives and within budget
  • Construct presentation and talking points for individual sales leaders to present commission plans to their respective teams
  • Conduct quarterly commission evaluation meeting with sales head providing insights & tracking
  • Gain further market insights into industry trends, benchmarks and standards for earnings/commission attainment
  • Ownership of all Sales Incentive related documentation (SOPs, Job Aids, Terms & Condition, etc.)
  • Oversee construction of role specific commission calculations by product and participant attainment
  • Calculate role specific calculations by participant monthly - oversight and validation
  • Consolidate all calculated & validated payments for sales management approval and submission to Alcon payroll
  • Collaborate with US Surgical Finance for monthly accrual guidance and key reporting for US Surgical leadership
  • Continuous improve analysis of yearly processes for accuracy, efficiency and streamlining

What you’ll bring to Alcon:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
