Field-based – Stockholm/South-East Sweden

Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager to be part of our exciting journey, making a significant contribution for patients suffering from Multiple myeloma in Sweden. This is a unique opportunity to further leverage your skills within account management and sales to meet GSK’s ambition within the field of Hematology.

As a Key Account Manager, you are expected to develop and execute activities in the account plans to drive our business in hematology and improve patient outcomes. Successful individuals will need to build trust and relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the territory to deliver objectives in the account plan. This includes collaborative, innovative development with key stakeholders both internally and externally, to build mutually beneficial plans. You will lead engagements with top-tier Key Opinion Leaders and build networks with additional stakeholders that are relevant to the target markets. Your focus will be on launching an innovative therapy within Multiple myeloma in collaboration with a cross functional team. This role will be reporting to the Business Manager Hematology.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive the account management to improve patient outcomes in key hospitals and manage both the expert centers and regional hospitals
  • Build trust and relationships with all the relevant stakeholders across multiple care settings to develop areas of mutual interest
  • Clearly communicate data to customers, articulating the benefits for patients, and system benefits where appropriate, to ensure alignment with the customer journey
  • Understand and map patient pathways to identify ways to optimise the patient experience
  • Tailor appropriate solutions to identified barriers to patient access, to deliver value to the patient, customer, and GSK

Why you? 

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree on relevant field
  • Authorized Sales representative (LIF)
  • Sales Experience from Pharma industry with strong account management experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Substantial knowledge and experience within hematology, preferably multiple myeloma 
  • Strong commercial acumen, demonstrated through prior roles, with the ability to analyze trends
  • Good understanding of the national and regional healthcare systems and the interdependencies of these networks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Able to cover accounts in Stockholm/South-East regions
  • Holds a valid driver's licence

  • Knowledge of relevant systems - e.g. CRM (Veeva) and other admin tools (Concur)
