This role
The sales representative will be responsible for the overseeing of each speciality sales deployment falling within their designated geography. Once the sales deployment is completed, the sales representative will ensure marketing elements and required tools are provided and displayed in a manner that fits the required standards to not only drive the required sales, but also service customers to the required levels. This responsibility will be ongoing either through maintenance of existing, but also executing on new sales deployment activity requirements.
The above will provide the foundation for the all important priority of increasing PayJoy originations and integration of new partners in the country, building and maintaining strong relationships with partner retailers and distributors; through visiting stores to provide support, ongoing training, implementation of incentive campaigns and targeted marketing; in order to ensure compliance and exceeding sales and productivity objectives.
