Job Description

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for operational cost analysis, prepare journal entries, provide support during end of month process, analysis of accounts and support responsibilities on finance department such as Internal / External Audits , Cost Roll process.

RESPONSABILITIES / FUNCTIONS:

-    Collecting and analyzing data about company’s operational cost.
-    Developing and analyzing standard cost.
-    Perform GL Account reconciliation.
-    Assist on End of month / Year / Quarterly process.
-    Assist on Internal / External audits requirements.
-    Responsible for Cost roll process.
-    Scrap Analysis.
-    Inventory Adjustment analysis.
-    Prepare and analyze efficiency report.
-    Prepare and analyze financial reports in general.
-    Analysis of Overtime and Labor cost.
 

Communications:

-    Keep communication with Accounting Supervisor and Finance Manager.
-    Timely notification of situations that require immediate attention.
-    Constant communication with the rest of the members of the department and other areas.
 
Employee Relationship:
  • Make sure to maintain a professional and cordial relationship with members of the department, company, suppliers and customers.

Health and Safety:

  • Establish the necessary measures to comply with the information security, industrial and personal security procedures that the company establishes.

Quality Systems:

Follow the procedures established by the quality department and comply with the company’s quality system training.

EDUCATION/ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience on Accounting.

Academic requierements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting , Finance or similar.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Technical Skills:
  • Knowlodge in SAP Finance.
  • Intermediate to advance experience in Excel: pivot tables, index, match, sumifs functions, VBA macros is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Excellent communication Skills.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Active listener.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy,planning and organizing,scheduling and monitoring.
