Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Provide regular operational reporting to drive visibility, control, and decision making.
  • Manage the team’s workload distribution, ensuring that all metrics are met, and issues are escalated.
  • Ensure service and performance levels agreed between Accenture and the Client are met.
  • Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews and development (team huddles, one-on-ones) for the team.
  • Maintain DTP’s, identify process gaps, and suggest process improvements by providing insights through research and analysis.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to design new processes and ensure accurate implementation of such processes.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the team, key stakeholders and the client.
  • Assist with urgent or Ad Hoc requests from the client and resolve escalations.
  • Set up and manage re-occurring touchpoints with the client as needed.
  • Maintain a line of communication with leadership to keep them updated on the team’s performance.
  • Act as the People Lead for agents on the team.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and identify preventive and corrective actions.
  • Facilitate new hire and process training as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as required.
  • Monitor chats, emails, and systems to stay up to date and respond to any requests timely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in business, finance or accounting.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Procure to Pay domain experience.
  • Prior experience with Coupa and NetSuite.
  • Experience leading or supervising teams.

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including supplier-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools for supplier data analysis.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process compliance.
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction.
