What You’ll Do
Answer patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
Assist with billing, collections, and insurance-related queries.
Coordinate with third parties, such as insurance providers, to resolve account questions.
Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups with patients.
Cross-train and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and effective backup coverage.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
Maintain reliability through punctuality, strong attendance, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of billing, insurance processes, or HIPAA regulations is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
