What You’ll Do

  • Answer patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.

  • Assist with billing, collections, and insurance-related queries.

  • Coordinate with third parties, such as insurance providers, to resolve account questions.

  • Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups with patients.

  • Cross-train and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and effective backup coverage.

  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.

  • Maintain reliability through punctuality, strong attendance, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of billing, insurance processes, or HIPAA regulations is an advantage.
