中央省庁や独立行政法人を担当頂き、営業目標の達成とそれに向けた戦略的営業活動に従事いただきます。特に新規開拓および既存深耕を通じて、担当テリトリーのオーナーとして、お客様の課題に最適なF5の製品およびサービスをご提案いただきます。

また、ハイタッチ営業としての活動と併せて、パートナー様との協業を通じた間接営業を実施し、戦略的なテリトリープランの策定及び営業活動を実施いただきます。

業務内容

  • 官公庁マーケットを担当し、見込み顧客に対するF5製品およびサービスの営業活動を行う。
  • 官公庁を顧客とするパートナーおよびリセラー、SI企業との協業関係の構築を行う。
  • 顧客との関係構築およびパートナーとの協業を通じてテリトリープランを策定し実行する。
  • 見込み顧客の発掘および管理、案件醸成、受注までの営業活動に責任を持ち、自身の担当するテリトリーにおける四半期毎の営業目標を達成する。
  • 担当テリトリーにおける業界のトレンドや新しい技術、法的規制など最新の情報を常に収集する。
  • 顧客の課題を理解し、プレゼンテーションやワークショップを通じて、顧客ニーズを満たす為のF5のソリューションの価値を伝える。
  • 担当テリトリーにおける営業戦略を実行する為、システムエンジニア、パートナー営業、マーケティング等の社内関係者で形成するバーチャルチームをリードする。
  • 初回コンタクトから案件受注までの一連の営業活動を理解し、SFDC等の営業ツールにおける正確な売上予測および管理において責任を持ち正確な運用を行う。

募集要件

  • 学士またはそれと同等の学歴
  • IT業界における7年以上の営業経験
  • 公共営業担当経験、中央省庁のお客様担当尚可
  • ネットワークセキュリティやウェブアプリケーションの提案経験
  • 英語力あれば尚可

Role overview:

We are looking for a Territory Account Manager to sell F5 products and services to the public market with a focus on central ministries and agencies to further expand our business.

You will be in charge of central ministries and independent administrative agencies, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets and engaging in strategic sales activities to achieve them. As the owner of the territory, you will propose F5 products and services best suited to the customer's issues, especially through the development of new accounts and the cultivation of existing accounts.

In addition to high-touch sales activities, you will also conduct indirect sales activities through collaboration with partners to develop strategic territory plans and conduct sales activities.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for the government market and conduct sales activities for F5 products and services to prospective customers.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with partners, resellers, and SI companies that serve government customers.
  • Develop and execute territory plans through customer relationship building and collaboration with partners.
  • Responsible for identifying and managing prospective clients, cultivating deals, and closing them, and achieving quarterly sales targets for the territory for which he/she is responsible.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, legal regulations, etc. in assigned territory.
  • Understand customer challenges and communicate the value of F5's solutions to meet customer needs through presentations and workshops.
  • Lead a virtual team of system engineers, partner sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to execute the sales strategy for the territory of responsibility.
  • Understands the sales process from initial contact to deal award and is responsible for accurate sales forecasting and management of sales tools such as SFDC to ensure accuracy.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the IT industry
  • Public sales experience, Central government customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, self-development and a desire to learn
  • English proficiency preferred
